It was bad Indian fielding and a shrewd Aussie effort that took away the third ODI from India. If India could win, India would rank #1 in ODI and also clinch the series. Media and team supporters have started blaming Dhawan and Rohit Sharma for the failure.

India took it lightly and was over confident from the beginning. At least 50 runs were given away by Indian fielders. Dropped catches were instrumental in Aussies create the sensational score to start with. Cummins and Richardson bowled excellent spells targeting the wicket taking advantage of weakness of respective batsmen.

There is lesson to be learned for Indian Team Management as they prepare for the World Cup.
